"The bathroom door would not close due to a repair that caused the baseboard to bulge. Had to use a coat hanger or trashcan to keep yhe door- almost closed for privacy. The water diverted got stuck and the shower wasn’t able to be use. Contacted the front desk. The diverter was pulled so the shower worked. But nothing could be done to fix the door to the bathroom Love the pools, location, ability to play pickle ball or tennis, working out, restaurant, min bikes, gift shop on property....

"Personally think it was too expensive for the area it is in. The room was nice however the screen door was janky and the AC wasn’t very powerful. The outlets beside the bed were so loose my charger would slip out."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"The room was very nice and clean. The price was affordable. We stayed in the Jr 1 bedroom Suite which was nice and roomy! Thank you for the stay! "

"It’s old and showing its age, but it’s fairly clean. Carpets and sofa pillows were a bit dirty. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Mattress in foldout sofa was terrible! They are doing renovations now, so it’ll get better. But overall it was safe, quiet, and there was a nice breakfast spread."

"For the price everything met my expectations. Breakfast was good, staff was polite and accommodating. We used the pool for a quick swim and the kids had fun. The freeway is a little noisy but it’s not overwhelming. If you need a cheap stay for a day or two this is a good spot. "

"We had an accessible room (wish it was closer to the elevator) that was nice and clean. The biggest issue was that the overhead light and fan was operated by remote and people in other rooms could control ours, resulting in our light being turned on repeatedly in the middle of the night. We could turn it off but it was super annoying. Other than that, it was a good stay. Being right next to the highway, it was very loud out by the pool but nothing to be done about that. "
