"Horrendous, most things broken or not working Why can't I post pictures of this? I need a full or partial refund, shower wasn't working, dirty,broken tiles paint and dirt on the bathroom door,paperthin walls which resulted in listening to our 'neighbours ' nocturnal activities, arguing, slamming doors "

"It was best stay ever. We soaked in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna after the hike, then had amazing dinner. Nice service and delicious meals. Breakfast was also great 😃 car park included "

"The bar and restautant both closed, not advertised on booking. No turndown service on any day, no wifi, one member of staff. The one member of staff on duty was smoking weed on the front step of the hotel... so great service"
