"Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. "

"This property was just what we needed, there was 6 of us coming from Florida for a family funeral and we did not want hotel rooms. We wanted a place we could be comfortable and be able to socialize. The owners were very accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place. We have to come back in June for a wedding. "We enjoyed our visit. The only reason that we gave a four star instead of a five star is that we had to move curtains around to have some darkness in the bedroom. There was a light that would go on and off, which was worse than constantly too much light. "Ground level apartment directly on the sand dunes. Very responsive property manager and lovely renovation of the the unit. We rented for a holiday in the cold weather, but it would be absolutely ideal for a warm weather beach vacation."

We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor. We found everyone to be so friendly in all the other units and there was never a problem sharing the space with other renters. I would highly recommend this property. ...
