We really enjoyed our stay . I found the lobby too cold to sit and chat but we moved in the breakfast eating area to enjoy our evenings . I was disappointed that the fireplace in the eating area was not working due to lost remote and T. Wasn’t working because it wasn’t connected . First time a TV in the eating area wasn’t working . I recommend fixing both . Rooms were cleaned . I must say the beds were extremely comfortable I just didn’t like the small pillows we received on the bed was the first time I see small pillows in a queen size bed . Washroom was small compared to other hotels I stayed at . Could improve on the shampoos instead of little bottles majority of the hotels have bigger bottles with hair conditioners. Towels were amazing . Breakfast was amazing . Best breakfast ever . Gym was amazing . Best gym I ever seen . My only recommendation is to keep the gym opened later . 10 PM is too early . Extremely happy with our stay and would definitely come back . The front desk clerks were very polite . Good hotel

The hotel inside was clean and the front desk attendants were professional. The parking to the left of the building was open and accessible to the entire public. There is no secure parking around the building except on the right side when looking at the hotel. I felt okay parking there since I was in a rental and had taken the rental coverage, but would have never parked my own car there do to the lack of security. I never saw one security officer and the lighting is non existent except for one small street light at the corner of the vacant lot adjacent to the hotel.

The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy, and the breakfast options are quite excellent. Furthermore, I found it quite appealing to have the room closest to the elevators and the lobby entrance/exit.
