"We were so impressed by what a fabulous job they did completely renovating this beautiful apartment! Everything was updated and modern and the host went above and beyond by providing everything you could need! The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies! We were only able to stay for two nights, but we will look forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy it!"

"The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean - even better than the photos in the listing. Sofia was great - very helpful in the run up and throughout our stay. A welcome selection of tea, coffee, milk, juice and wine were provided. A few restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Travel into Boston was an easy drive to the train/subway which then went straight to the city centre via Harvard. We'd highly recommend the apartment."

"I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"This was the second year we have rented the cottage. It's a beautiful location right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor. We found everyone to be so friendly in all the other units and there was never a problem sharing the space with other renters. I would highly recommend this property. ...

"Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property.
