"As someone who manages in customer service, this was one of the best stays I've had in a hotel in a very long time. People were so very polite, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. Every one in the hotel greeted and made us feel very welcomed. It honestly seemed as if every person around us, including other guest were having a great time. "Our stay was excellent! Our hometown football team was in the playoffs but we had a soccer game and couldn’t attend. The staff allowed us to setup a projector and watch the game in the bar area while enjoying refreshments from the lounge.
