"Room was nice- night desk young man was polite- asked a lot of personal questions- I expect the usual - are you here on business or pleasure but when I answered business appointment- he wanted to know what kind of appointment??! He also launched into the info he needed to tell me and talked so fast I could barely keep up. Parking at the Hotel is $25. Yes - you read that right. $25 to park your car. The hotel was nice but the extra fees and parking made my room cost a lot more than advertised. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Lancaster. Check in was swift and precise, the room was spotless, and the complementary sacks a welcome surprise. Location next to Jones Hall meant it was only a 2 minute walk to the event. Bar was small but the staff attentive and fast. We will definitely come back."
