"This was a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The only drawback was the pool temperature- we went at the end of October and despite it being 25 - 30 degrees outside, the pool was ice cold at all times of day and never warmed up, to the extent that small children found it way too cold to swim. Perhaps because it was such a big pool it just couldn’t heat up naturally, but if you’re going to be open during cooler months, it really needs to be heated. The indoor pool also wasn’t heated...
