"My overall impression was poor. The place needed much maintenance and painting, Mold in the bathrooms and one bedroom. I spent several mornings waiting for repairmen to fix water leaks, clothes washer and the hot water tank, I had no hot water for two days. A lot of noise from the people in the apartment above me. I had to complain to the owner. There were other problems but I have no more time."

"The place is situated very close to the beach and restaurants and other conveniences. Very safe neighborhood. Very clean pool and the property manager responded immediately whenever I contacted her. The beach is swimmable and beautiful. What a gem! My daughter and her friends had room to spread out. We will be back here again."

"Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this property. Geographically property is not where it was described and listed, other wise I would have never rented it. On the listing it described it came with laundry, when we checked in, it didn’t have laundry. We stayed 3 nights and trash was picked up until the last day. Trash outside was already filled all the way to the top from last renters."

"We needed a large house that could accommodate a group of 9 adults (married and singles). This house was very spacious inside and out. It had everything we needed to cook, bbq and just hangout/relax."
