"Visited South Ruislip for a friend’s birthday party. Hotel very convenient for the tube station and venue. Very friendly reception from the front desk team and check in was quick and easy. They let us know about breakfast and gave us a discount voucher should we decide to have dinner with them. The room was a standard double which was clean and comfortable. "We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!"
