"This was a one night stop on our way to Yosemite, and I was surprised how good this little motel was! Very friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable with everything you expect for the price. My husband complained about the noise from the heater as it was cold outside during the night, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area!"

"Absolutely loved this adorable little inn! We were in room 9, on the backside of the house where they have check-in. Don’t let the idea of it being Mariposa’s oldest hotel scare you away - it has been updated, with much of its vintage charm left intact. Perfect location for walking to the cute little shops and restaurants downtown. My only reason for doing a “4” for “condition” was that the room’s door was a little hard to close, plus lugging suitcases up/down the wet patio steps was cumbersome. I would stay at this quaint little inn again in a heartbeat."
