"Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Really enjoyed the old building and the renovation. Two small negatives were not enough electrical outlets. There should be one on both sides of the bed. And the toilet seat was poorly designed such that it would not go up all the way because of the bathroom countertop. But it was nice and quiet and the staff was very helpful. Great coffee."

"On-site parking with access to your own car is great. A few blocks from China town and in the middle of the historic landmarks. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Shout out to the women working the bar and the chef in the kitchen during the eagles Super Bowl win, 5 Star service. "

"Wonderful atmosphere, bar service, desk professionals...only complaint was not being told we couldn't park ourselves and valet isn't optional in that lot next door. I tend to forget things in the car but all was well. Great place for my therapy animal as well. Park 4 blocks away. Also the microwave was not included= $25 fee. Great Superbowl bar atmosphere!"
