I do not like to leave negative reviews but everything on our stay went wrong. Multiple issues with the room , phone didn’t work, room service and no food available in the entire hotel, anniversary arrival gift not provided, staff not helpful or worried about anything with the exception of one woman named Shacqura who I genuinely felt wanted to make things right. I nearly came to tears on the phone speaking with her about all of the issues we were having. The streaming on tv also didn’t work, housekeeping never came, maintenance never came despite them requesting us if they could come a second time. The room and view of suite 4825 was great but If there is no way to reach front desk and no available food or room service, ice machine on floor not working, I don’t see how the room rates we were charged could be charged. Our last night we decided to try to order some fancy drinks to our room and we were waiting one hour and we were brought one glass with half melted ice and a can to pour it. For $18 usd I expected a proper bartended drink in a cocktail glass. This is just one of so many I could list. Very disappointed in the service and quality level.
