"Beautiful hotel at Penn’s Landing! Convenient location with a great museum downstairs. Our only complaint was our conditioner and body gel was completely empty upon check-in. Disappointing for a Hilton Hotel. "

"The hotel was great in terms of the room, food (room service), and the gym but the staff was terrible. The man that greeted us (the supervisor) at valet was a jerk. Shouting orders at us. I literally had to stop him and say, "answer my question" before I could get the info I needed. Then we get to the front desk and they were miserable. They did the bare minimum, checked us into our room. They were not friendly nor helpful. When we went to leave there was no one at valet. We asked the man at the...

"Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Really enjoyed the old building and the renovation. Two small negatives were not enough electrical outlets. There should be one on both sides of the bed. And the toilet seat was poorly designed such that it would not go up all the way because of the bathroom countertop. But it was nice and quiet and the staff was very helpful. Great coffee."
