"Rooms quiet and very comfy beds. Nice ambiance to a busy restaurant and reception area. Close to Piccadilly train station, taxis, buses and trams. All staff very friendly, efficient and helpful - obviously been well trained. Close to many shops, restaurants and amenities of city. The city has greatly improved over the years and it is lovely to see so many historic buildings with great character being repurposed and alongside great sky scrapers."

"Great property for somewhere just to sleep. We had a room with no windows which was fine as we didn't spend much time there, just slept. But it was very warm but a fan was provided "
