It can be a bit noisy till 1 am from people down on the street however that is not the hotels fault. Our included breakfast was fantastic. I got the yogurt with granola and fruit with morning tea., my MIL got the bacon...

"The staff at the pub were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The room was as advertised, spacious with a comfy bed, Freeview TV, and ensuite which was a little snug but perfectly usable. The room got a little cold and I couldn't find a way to fully close the bathroom window but that didn't matter too much once I was under the duvet. I was warned that I was staying above a pub on a weekend even so, the noise never got too loud or disruptive, if anything it made my solo stay feel a little...

"The hotel and the grounds were full of character. The bathroom was incredible. However, the issue was the noise. Needs some serious sound proofing. The room was above reception and was incredibly noisy. Also, the room lacked services considering the price per night. Limited drinks available, and had to ask for bathrobes. "
