"It was clean and pleasant. The room had a kettle and hairdryer. Toiletries in the bathroom. We didn't have any problems from the alleged ghosts. I can't comment on the area as it was dark when we arrived and foggy when we left! It seemed to be in quiet countryside."

"We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though. "

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Bell. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The room was cosy, but completely adequate overlooking the green. I have to extend a massive thank you to the kitchen staff who cooked us the amazing meal.( my steak was cooked just perfect!)"

"We had roooms in the converted stables and they were great. The accessible room was perfect for someone with poor mobility. The food was good, but the service in the restaurant was extremely slow, waiting almost an hour after ordering for cereal and croissants for breakfast. However, the staff were lovely and very apologetic. "

"Lovely old Inn with plenty of country walks on your doorstep. Convenient location close to Cotswold Wildlife Park and Burford. The Inn was well presented with nice decor in the bar and restaurant area. Good quality food and portions for dinner (very busy, book in advance), the included breakfast fast was good too. The room was very spacious and larger than expected, we also had a large separate bathroom with bath. Some furnishings were a little worn but that's to be expected in a period inn....

"This is a great example of a country style inn. It's warm and very inviting. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. There is no lift (elevator) so that may pose a problem for some people. The rooms are old but well maintained and very comfortable. There is a nice on-site bar and restaurant with a huge, centrally located fireplace that can be enjoyed from everywhere on the main floor. Tetbury is a Cotswolds style village with some good eateries and pubs. We reaĺly enjoyed our stay."
