"What a little gem. We booked for one night, great value, staff amazing, and beautiful location in picturesque village. We booked a table for Sunday lunch and it was the best roast we’d had in a long time. My only comment would be bar closed early on a Sunday night but bar staff still served is a drink to have in our room. Would definitely recommend and stay again "

"This is a quaint little place with only a few rooms which are tastefully decorated. The room is warm and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and fresh water. Parking is available and free. I had dinner at the pub and it was tasty (expect to pay £25-30 pp.). Breakfast is include and cooked to order (takes a bit of time). My only issue is with the unreliable wifi which impacted me in a negative way because I was on a work trip. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay. "

There was something very D&D about checking in with the bar keep to get a room at the Inn above the pub. We absolutely loved staying here, and everyone was extremely kind. "
