"Although this hotel is difficult to find, it is in close proximity to Maitland and is very nice. The kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast staff did a particularly nice job. There is an Applebee’s adjacent to the hotel, which otherwise in an office park. "This is our second stay at the house. We like the neighborhood and proximity to services. Great outdoor space. I like that we are allowed to have our son and family over when we stay there. The pool and hot tub really dont get hot out of season, but Juan does mention that in his post on VRBO. All in all a very nice stay and will probably return!"
