"Staff very friendly, reception looked lovely decorated for Christmas. Rooms lovely and spacious. Only let down is some of the condition of the rooms. With cracks and paint coming off, rust in the sink. It would be fantastic if these little bits were just kept on top of and updated."

Very little soundproofing, could hear everything that was said in room below. Bathrobes a nice touch and comfy beds. Good location though and cant fault the service. "

"Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience."
