"Major upgrades since 2024! We came two spring breaks in a row 2024 and 2025… loved our trip in 2924 but completely blown away by the upgrades in 2025. It wasn’t just cosmetic, the food was much better this time around, and guest services seriously stepped up their game. It almost felt like new money or leadership was just injected into the resort. Very tempted to return for a third year in a row."

"I travelled to Tulum as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe in at the property. It’s an easy 10 minute walk into town, the first time I did the walk a felt a little unsure but it’s safe during the day. At night I would not do this walk, definitely take a taxi The hotel was tranquil and beautiful. The food was excellent. I stayed in a room with the rooftop pool. I highly recommend this. Some ground level rooms have pools that face the walking paths which are not private and get little sun "
