"fantastic location 12 min walking from the train station, comfortable bedding, is clean. they offer luggage storage before check-in but it is not secured by anything so a little sketchy. the bathroom faucet in my room was leaky, which was annoying. would stay again though, price was fine. "

We’ve stayed in a superior room with bigger bed, ample space, awesome window blinds and a kitchenette. Very welcoming and helpful staff and free parking. Highly recommended!"

"Worst place ever ! Our flight was delayed we reached 11 pm in night it was raining the front door towards reception was locked. We were standing outside the property with my family of three with 13 year old kid there was a door bell the lady did not let us in. I have to call Hotels.com and agent Was on phone with me for one and half our to convince her that booking is correct and finally she was satisfied . "Comfortable stay & convenient location but if you’re a solo female walking back from the station to the hotel, the route can be a bit stressful as there are young folks on motorbikes with roaring engines near the university area. Extremely convenient though for the trains & buses & very near to the lake & town. "My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."
