Absolutely Fabulous!
Absolutely fabulous 3 days spent here in a jnr suite. The room was spectacular, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us commuting by train. Everywhere is easy to get to and there are heaps of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Overall our stay was good. Hotel is in a good location close to the old town, famous bridge, and other sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One concern though, was that the hotel's computer systems were down our entire 2 night stay. The first night and most of the next day, they could not make key cards for us. Staff members were coming up to our rooms and opening the doors for us. This worked, except they never asked for ID to confirm they were letting us in to the right rooms. It made us uncomfortable that a staff member might let someone into our rooms that didn't belong. I understand their systems being down was an unusual circumstance and they were coping as best they could, but that's the reason for the reduced rating.

Very close to the train station and easy walk to Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Elisa at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant reservations and booking train tickets for us. Our room was spacious with interior courtyard view.

Wonderful staff, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Beds are soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great I recommend purchasing it with the room. They also make fresh specialty coffees during breakfast.
