"Loved the decor and design at this hotel! The bar area is particularly lovely and serves great food. Breakfast had a variety of options to enjoy. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Excellent location- 10 mins tops to the riverside, same again for the station. Area around the hotel is busy but felt safe. Room was nice/stylishly done, but did have an ‘open’ set up to the bathroom, which when sharing may or may not be an issue? Something to bear in mind. All in all, a great stay!"

However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. "I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel. Its pricing is great and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. "
