"The staff makes the experience. Angie and Delroy were so attentive and amazing, Angie catered to our dining experience each day and Delroy even remembered us two years later (he was the reason we returned to the resort a second time). The ocean cove is wonderful, just like the pictures. Beach bar/grill allows for easy access while swimming, pool is clean and has kid's section for the littles. Beautiful gardens, fish ponds and tropical birds. Nightly entertainment in the form of cultural performances, bands, singers and karaoke. Games and trivia beach side make for a fun experience. Some rooms need updating but concierge service is top notch. This isn't a cookie cutter resort and you can feel the personal touches. Will be staying again. "

"Truly a gem of a property in Jamaica. Location and amenities. Pools and beaches spectacular. Ocean view room incredible and spacious. Cleaning staff friendly and accommodating. Some incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff. Some staff could use additional support and or training in customer service and friendliness. Restaurant wait times were excessive. However many options to choose from. Premium brand liquor supply was very limited. Nightly entertainment enjoyable. Putting aside some negatives, this trip overall was excellent. "

"We were there last week. Had a fantastic vacation! Food was excellent! The rooms had the same smell as any other beach vacation in other countries including the USA! The staff is amazing! The entertainment crew-Dinero, Genius, String Bean, Scion and ReRe- are so fun and work 12 hours a day to make sure you have fun. Check out the Michael Jackson & Grease shows at the other resorts. Check the app every morning for available reservations. We were able to get in every night. 2 nights all 12 in our group were able to sit together! We went last year in March also and are already planning to go back next year! "
