"The staff were very friendly and approachable. Everyday we had to call and ask for towels and wash clothes as they either did not leave any or they left small towels (like the ones you put on the floor by the shower). They always brought them with a smile but seemed odd that we always had to ask. One thing to note is that if you book all inclusive at the Grand Jamaican you won’t have access to the a la cartes at the Senses adult only resort (steakhouse, hibachi, etc). "property was beautiful, staff excellent. only downfall was the ocean is not clear & swimable in our standards. the mangrove mud comes in shore on rough days. they keep shore clean everyday tho"
