"Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and parking very close by. Room was lovely, clean and with lots of natural light. Very quiet. A very old building that has been renovated to emphasize its old world charm while having all the modern touches. Excellent location in Vieux Québec on a beautiful old street. Many wonderful restaurants very close by. Hotel staff were super helpful and courteous. Extraordinary breakfast with great food choices. Very highly recommended! "

"Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around. "

"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"We called The Royal Dalhousie our home for the past 6 days. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 5. We stayed in the Frontenac on the 3rd floor. The view is breathtaking. The entire apartment is surrounded in floor to ceiling windows. Our gracious hosts were always available if we needed them. The provided everything we could possibly need while being away. "We arrived after dark. The front desk was very helpful with a good parking spot for our truck with a travel trailer in tow. (Sorry I didn’t get his name). This location is older but everything was really clean. Breakfast was very welcoming with lots of cold and hot choices. (Bacon and sausages) Mattress was comfortable and the shower was hot. "The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off....
