"The receptionist was helpful with our check-in and questions as it was our first time at both this hotel and Quebec City. What made a difference was being allowed to park my car in their parking lot before my check-in. I liked how cozy my room was set up for my friend and myself - comfy beds with fluffy pillows, citrus scented soap and lotion, and a tv with various channels. Having free breakfast the next morning was enjoyable too. I would recommend adding a door mat and boot tray near hotel...

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there was tea in the lobby, coffee and pastries in the lobby in the morning, inexpensive parking across the street (the car stayed there all of the next day as well), and we loved the included breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. The beds were comfortable, it was extremely quiet, it was very clean, and the area seemed very safe. It was also a wonderful location -- a short walk to everything! I would stay here...
