My wife and I came for Valentine’s Day weekend. We didn’t realize the winter carnival was going on right outside the hotel, but it provided a really cool activity during the weekend. The walk to all of the shops and restaurants was also short and very easy. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

We loved how helpful the staff was here! We never felt rushed while standing at the reception desk asking questions. We needed help working the wine bar/self pour and Ibrahim was more than willing to walk over, open the machine and reset the bottle reader. They even helped us decide on dinner and booked our reservations. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot shower water, and the large Finnish Sauna was lovely. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but to each their own!
