"As large as the Chateau Frontenac is, many of the staff remember us. We're always greeted with smiles. The most recent time that we stayed there, we were chatting with some of the staff members. When we wished them well and prepared to leave, I overheard one of them say "Her mother used to work here." He was recalling a note that I left a few years ago, describing my mom's enjoyment at working the front desk back in the 1940s."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Germain! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and even had a hand written note for us when we got there. The location was perfect. The Quartier Petit Champlain is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street which is perfect for an afternoon of shopping, lunch, or dinner. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful with lots of shopping and restaurants! I will most definitely stay here again in the future. "
