"Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would book again on my next visit to Quebec. "
