"The beds are hard, which I love by my husband struggled. It was an odd experience as I was told to go to Vallet to ask about parking and she gave me a whole speech but two men were talking so loudly beside me, I didn’t grasp everything so I said I’m sorry I missed that and her response was “do you have trouble listening.” I was so taken back, it was said very rudely, and I didn’t know how to react.
