You can ask one of the staff members in the breakfast room if you want something from the kitchen - requested pancakes and they were delightful."

"The cleaner on the 1st floor on 27.04.25 was so lovely and friendly, she saw that we had our hands full when walking past the room that she was cleaning, she told us to wait and she let us into our room. When we left she gave us a big smile and said goodbye, what lovely customer service!"

"I booked the Thistle because of its close proximity to Terminal 5, and I was so pleasantly surprised. From Arrivals, the Pods transport is super easy and quick. I was able to do early check in, and my room was very clean, large, and had everything I needed. I did not take advantage of the restaurant, but it’s available for breakfast and dinner. Getting into London was easy— a 5 min Pod ride back to Terminal 5, and catch the Underground. I will definitely book the Thistle again."
