"This is our families second stay at the property while visiting Pismo Beach. It is a very family friendly hotel with lots of great amenities. Dog friendly, wonderful free breakfast and an eating area. The property is a little older, we noticed a few things in our room, but nothing major. We also liked the ability to open the back window to get fresh air in the cool evening. I think this will be our new go to hotel when we are in town. Staff is friendly and helpful as well!"

"Hotel was in a great location with restaurants in close proximity. Attractions in close driving distance. Staff was always helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Room was excellent. Great price for our stay. My biggest drawback was the cable provider Spectrum- could not get familiar with their programming. They need to make it easier to chose channels."

"We only had one night, but waking up to the beautiful ocean view after a great night's sleep in a very comfy bed - perfect! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast followed by a walk along the cliff with stunning views before our drive home. We'll be back!"

"It’s always amazing. It’s home for me. I grew up around there and I have many many friends as well as family members that I am able to visit while there. It’s the only place I stay in Pismo. It’s right by the beach stairs and the view is just amazing always"

"Beach access is right there, so low tide is fun on the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff listens to requests and are accommodating. This is our second time staying there."
