"I show up to being told my receipt from you guys meant nothing and had to pay again because yall didn’t contact them but I strongly feel like I was scammed by the hotel or its employee. I would like a refund on my card please because my girlfriend paid cash at the hotel since we were already there and exhausted. I ran into some problems on a ride and checking out and they were very understanding and allowed me to stay until I was able to fix the problem, they’re definitely hands up. I told the desk and they didn't seem to care. So I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and get my money back. I wouldn't stay there again, ever."
