"The hotel is very nice. We’ve stayed there several times. My complaint is with the front desk and check in. The lady working answered the phone just as I walked up and talked for probably 5 minutes and never acknowledged me. When she finally got around to looking up my reservation, she went to the back, out of sight and stayed another 3 or 4 minutes. No explanation. I stood at the desk no less than 10 minutes."
