"Room was very dim even with all lights on. Rooms can be a bit of a far walk from elevator. Was farther than expected from Heathrow and required a $13 pound uber to terminal. "

"Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "

"The experience at the APEX was second to none. From the time we checked in and dropped of bags to the time we checked out. The location was super close to everything as well. The Tower of London, the Sky and the Tube were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. "
