The property is very nice and clean. The bellmen are amazing and are so helpful. We ate at Gillrays twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was excellent, although the bill was incorrect, the dinner was not good. Both food and service were lacking, skip for dinner.

Solid choice on South Bank
Lovely greeting with very attentive door staff, check in was simple with a welcome glass of sparkling wine. Rooms were very comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Bar too with its stunning views. Would have been nice to be able to access some snacks or food in the bar a little later in the evening.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service.
The hotel and staff truly exceeded our expectations. Hotels in tourist areas can sometimes be a bit dated and lacking in attention to detail. This couldn’t said of this hotel which was warm, comfortable and decorated beautifully for the festive season. All staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel valued as guests. We strongly recommend!

Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend.
