I recently stayed at the Renaissance Uluwatu, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The attention to detail in every interaction truly made me feel like a valued guest, and I was consistently impressed by their professionalism and kindness. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully designed spaces, and a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that added to the overall experience. Dining was also a delight, with delicious food options that catered to a variety of tastes. There were a few minor issues, but what impressed me most was how Wiwin, Aldi & addressed them with such grace and efficiency. Any concerns were handled immediately, with a genuine commitment to ensuring that everything was perfect. Buzuki was also very kind and helpful. It is apparent that the team at Renaissance Uluwatu takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. The hotel is amazing, staff are so attentive and always so friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty. Lots of options and everything fresh and presented well. We did a pottery workshop thank you to Aldi for helping us it was a great experience. Rosa and Chen helped make my husbands birthday celebrations extra special. Thank you 🙏 the breakfast crew were always chatty and engaging thanks to Winda and crew 🙏 the DJ by the pool played some nice tunes to relax ❤️ we loved every moment at this hotel. Shocking experience
The stay here at this hotel was not that great, I had booked a king bed balcony with garden view which was not what was given to me, when I looked out the window all I saw was a few burnt trees and empty field. I had complained about it and was told if I want a better room I would need to upgrade and had to pay an extra £100 which was very poor from the staff, the hotel shows very lavish pictures and does not meet the expectations of a 5* hotel it’s more like a 2* hotel I would not stay in this hotel again and the breakfast is awful and the area of dining smells like a gutter and so many ants on the table

Excellent property and great, friendly staff. The property is perched up on the hill with views over the sea from a distance. The staff was super friendly, and even gave our children a gift when we left (hotel branded soft toy). We booked a loft room with outdoor jacuzzi - thinking that as 'loft' it would have unobstructed views to the sea, but unfortunately its on the ground floor with another block infront of us - wish we knew this!

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, attentive to details. The entire hotel is spacious and is a true resort with many activities for free. There are also many varieties in breakfast buffet. it is slightly far from the main restaurant / shopping area while it’s still an overall pleasant stay!

Lovely hôtel
We loved it. Very class service and staff is super nice. Great food. Drinks and food a bit Pricy but to be expected in a 5 star hôtel. We took a bottle of wine. The Price shows was per glass and we did not notice and they Didnt Warn us we were buying a 250$ botte of wine. We would go back. . Ey
