"The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !"

"Sayulita is a lovely town. With enough walking to not be lazy but able to relax on the rooftop. It’s beautiful. Great keeping of the condos. However we had to chase down minor necessities for our stay. Eg- garbage bags and toilet paper. Still would recommend staying here. Very close to bus depot as well. "

"First time visitors to Sayulita! We enjoyed our stay. The location was a bit of an issue owing to uneven roads and dirt roads leading to property. The rooftop hot tub area was lacking in good furniture which may not be an owner issue but appeared more shabby and was for the most part uncomfortable! The viewing area for sunrise and sunsets was real nice! The inside room furniture needs an upgrade as is not firm any longer. "
