"Nice clean quiet resort. Activities staff was great! Dining options were not great. If you’re not all inclusive there’s not much to choose from besides pool or room service. No breakfast menu restaurant- only buffet. The theme night shows are tied into paying for a buffet. Not informed about that and had already ate dinner so no shows for us. The elevator near our room was broken. Mom had a long walk to go anywhere. "

"It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. "Our stay here was amazing! Lynn was the best host and very helpful with ideas/suggestions before the trip. She also checked in once we were at the property to make sure all was great. She is wonderful to work with and this property had the best balcony and views. It was also an incredible unit to stay in for two families of 4 (eight total). I would highly recommend working with Lynn as well as this property!"
