"Updated location. Great place. Near the exit to the supermarkets in bucerias. The place itself is so relaxing. There were families, but they were great about having the families in their designated pool. The views were amazing and the service great. Quick check in and the room was wow. The view from the room, you could see the whole building plus the ocean. Only stayed here for one night. The grill restaurant staff was amazing, they accommodated us and the food there was exceptional. The buffet food was ok, lots of options for everyone so that’s a plus. They always had lots of veggies and fruit out to suit everyone’s needs. "

"Melia is unique in terms of having a simple building layout and yet very spa cious and functional and exudes elegance. Managers namely Antonio, Guadalupe and Hector made our stay truly comfortable. Staff namely Javier, Alberto, Brenda, Giorgina, Angelica, Raul the supervisor , Franciso ala Pancho, Omar, all met our needs. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was professional and nice. Most of them also speak good English so they can understand you beside that. The food was great on all aspect variety of things for everyone was available for breakfast lunch and dinner. We will definitely go back sometime soon."
