"Our first stat at the Grand and it was brilliant. I booked a junior suite and it was gorgeous. My daughter loved the novelty that she could relax in a bubble bath, in the bedroom, whilst watching a film, and looking out at sea. The best part was how nice the staff were. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left they couldnt do more. Every staff member was incredibly happy, professional and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Also, I pre ordered the chocolate covered strawberries as a treat, and not only were they delicious, but possibly the biggest strawberries ive ever seen! We will 100% be coming back. "

Well maintained and loved the decor. We enjoyed the breakfast, although they didn’t run out of some things 2 out of 3 days when it got busy, but the warm options were excellent. Would recommend for sure and would return. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room which was surprisingly quiet. Discounted parking available a couple of mins away and proximity to the station make this a great option for business travel. Also the breakfast is good."

"Lovely staff - attentive and helpful. Ate in Cedar Restaurant in evening. Good selection and reasonable in terms of price. Fish had lots of bones and not fully cooked but everything else foodwise was great. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and beautiful fresh fruit."
