Rooms had a boutique feel..Quality fixtures and fittings and very clean.Comfy bed I was on second floor and there was no noise from bar below.Lady on check-in was very welcoming.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the last couple of years. Old inn but lovely refurbishment to a high standard. Breakfast was amazing and we took advantage of the dinner too. Very quiet rooms. My son loved his bunk bed and having his own space/light. We’d definitely stay again. If you are travelling by train literally metres from the station.

Great for our overnight stay. Very easy parking. Short walk to hotel. Warm greeting. Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely pub food Can recommend the fish and chips. Quiet night and a big fried breakfast before we left. Very happy.

Part of a long UK trip and honestly was one of our favorite places with a great pub/restaurant. The staff was very fun and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. We had the room with the turret and absolutely loved it.
