"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. Whether you’re a water lover or just someone who enjoys a gorgeous view, this house has it all.Overall, it was a perfect stay, offering both tranquility and adventure. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Exuma, this is definitely the place to be!"

"You have to have realistic expectations about this island. This is a 3 Star Hotel that can easily become 4 with a few small changes. Changes: slightly friendly front desk assistance, working stove at the cottages, working fan in living room at cottages. ability to charge to your room while being at the Beach Club. We weee staying at the cottages but had to have our Credit / Debt Card to close out tabs each individual day. The breeze was great but it would have been nice for the big fan to work. Fan and AC in the room worked great. We were told that renovations were going on at the Cottages at Stocking Island but the pictures are the same online as they have been for a year. No worries , feel slightly mislead but it’s ok. This is still a better place to stay than most and staying on Stocking Island with minimal people at night was a must for this trip. Staff is friendly but the star of the show is the Bell Hop with the deep voice and both Boat Drivers.they weee all extremely nice and welcoming. Willing to drop off and pick up outside or normal boat / ferry hours. Never seemed to wait more than 29 minutes to catch a ride to and trim stocking island. They all made for an amazing experience. We will come back but hope for actual renovations on sticking island. "

"We had a wonderful stay at 23Exuma. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. It's in a quiet location with breathtaking views. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen! Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the pictures online are exactly what you get - amazing. Andrew, the house manager, is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. "This is an incredible house and we had an amazing stay. The listing and pictures were all accurate and the house did not disappoint at all. If you have never been to Exhuma, it is hard to describe the setting other than you are remote, but once you get there you will be in paradise and in good hands with your host and house concierge, Judy. Like driving on the left side of the road, you will quickly acclimate to the new experience and it will be well worth the drive! And speaking of driving, don’t forget to read the guide and drove past the house a little further to a couple of restaurants that are hidden gems on that side of the island and five minutes from the house. And don’t worry if you can’t unplug, Internet worked perfectly. But do unplug because you don’t want to waste this beautiful setting!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is a little remote although the proximity to one of the best beaches is ideal! We did not do enough meal planning ahead of time (our fault). The grocery stores or restaurants are not going to be what you are used to in the US. Supplies are limited and restaurants will straight up close when they are out of supplies. Having a teenager with a protein oriented diet and another one with a gluten allergy presented its issues. There is a grill on property but we found out the hard way, no gas.I read some other reviews about the lack of seating. We only had 3 travelers so it wasn't a big deal for us but with any more than 3 there is no dining table, only a love seat to sit in downstairs plus 4 barstools that are not in great condition. I guess you could pull in some of the fantastic beach chairs from the shed if you needed a seat but I can see why it could be a problem.We did everything we could, the travel time to Exuma Water Sports is 1 hour plus. Totally worth it though, swimming with the pigs and the half day tour was awesome. Rent a boat at Mimm's for a day, it was the best. We rented a Jeep from New Berlies as a suggestion from the owner and it was perfect. Took the top off to tool around on the one day it was windy while we were there. Also, the close proximity to the great beach caused us one minor issue, all the beach guests filled up our trash can with all their trash (not a house issue at all!)"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is exceptional. Two master suites, a wonderful pool, great and well-outfitted kitchen and great beach access. None of our negatives involved the property itself, but they're worth considering. Bugs can be terrible. Several of us ended up with many itchy bites. Bug spray and/or baby oil can mitigate this. But the property is also remote and on really rough roads. It's 30-35 minutes to groceries, and at least 20 minutes to most restaurants."
