"Location of the house great, super private. View is of the interior not the open ocean, looking toward bonefish flats. This was a fun change for us. The pool, dock, decks, and outdoor spaces were well taken care of. The pool was also fully functioning and very clear which seems to be rare in exuma. The interior was well laid out. The only knock is the bathrooms are pretty tight quarters with both jack and jill doors opening in to them. "

"Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again."

"The Cascatta Villa was simply amazing! It started with our search for a vacation rental back in January. We looked all over the Caribbean but coming back to Exuma and specifically this house and boy are we glad we did! The house, location, concierge and host are the best in the business! Judy Gray (concierge for this house) was simply amazing…everything we needed was handled quickly and to our exact specifications that we requested. The house is off the beaten path which is exactly what we were looking for. There are neighbors but it is very private. The house was incredible with the cabanas off each side and a newly built cabana beside one of them. Heated pool that was actually heated was amazing. We couldn’t get our kids out! Communication with host was always answered quickly and we never felt like a bother asking questions. We will be back next year and many years to follow! 5 stars all around "

"Three of the 5 bedrooms had comfortable king beds en-suite spacious baths and ocean views with door to walk out. Perfect for our three couple group. No one felt dissed because all the rooms were awesome. The other rooms were nice too but we didn’t use them. The beach is absolutely stunning and perfect for a swim any time of day. Yes at high tide there not a lot of sand but if that’s what you’re looking for just walk a 100 yards down the beach or even furth to the perfect protected cove I called the blue lagoon. Super close to Pretty Molly and Forbes hill beach which is probably the best beach on the island. Andy was always available and super responsive with great info in advance and during our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. The longer we stayed the more we appreciate this amazing spot. "

"My now husband and I found this VRBO when we were looking for a place to get married. We never got the chance to visit it when we went the first time but found it when we were at the airport coming home. We fell in love with the pictures, videos, and tagged events, so much so that we decided to book it not only for our wedding, but for our entire family to stay while we were there. To say we were a little nervous would be an understatement but the process was seriously seamless. The check in process was so easy. We were able to show up, and meet with the team to go over the house and all the fun gadgets they had, wifi, and everything in between. I can't even begin to express how thankful we were for this experience. The butler TJ was easily the most kind person we've ever met. Between him and the rest of the team, we felt so unbelievably taken care of. We also whole heartedly believe that the pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually so much bigger then it looks in pictures, and so freaking beautiful. We literally had the time of our lives and could not have asked for a better experience. 20,000 out of 10 would recommend a million times over. "

"Staff were very friendly and on top of all our needs, 5 stars to them. Kim was our chef for the week and delivered authentic local food as we had asked, excellent. The house is beyond words. We had 3 couples, an adult single and three teens and never felt crowded. Both interior and exterior had expansive living areas. With all that greatness, the view simply exceeded all expectations. Even after 8 days we all were still amazed with the beauty. We are not first time travelers, we have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and pacific. "The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!"
