"A beautiful property and an oasis on the island. As soon as you enter the driveway you are in a lushly landscaped private escape. Perfect for large groups we had 17 (8 adults 9 children), we all had our own space and plenty of seating around the property. Set right on the beach and with a pool hot tub, outdoor grill, wrap around decks, it was everything you see in the photos and more. We had a few nights with high winds and the outdoor fireplace with sectional served us well. We were able to stay outside and enjoy the evening while our kids enjoyed the colors of the lit pool. Our host was extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house is well appointed and you have just about every creature comfort you would need."

"House was spotless! Very pleased with all necessities for our week stay. Khalista was warm, friendly, and informative making our stay easier to get around. House is close to airport, approximately 5 minute drive. It is centrally located, in Moss Town making it easy to go in any direction for exploration. Price was reasonable for all the amenities."

"This is an amazing house rental. The furniture is comfortable for lounging around the house after a long day, and the outdoor furniture is perfect for that too. The hammock is very relaxing. The bedroom with bunks and a king bed is perfect for kids to share a bedroom or for parents with small children who are able to be in bunks but want their parents in the room with them. The kitchen space is large and not crowded, perfect for gathering around and enjoying snacks, drinks, or a meal. The beach in front of the house is perfect for just hanging out and watching the waves. there’s even some kayaks and paddle boards, if the waves aren’t too rough. Overall, a very spacious and enjoyable place to stay during your trip to Exuma."

"The property is new, very clean and completely quiet. It is less than a minute from one beach and an easy drive to all beaches on Great Exuma. The host was very courteous and helpful. She was always available for questions and suggestions."

The owner and all of his staff will make you feel right at home the food was top notch with not having to wait for hours to get food brought to your table. Service was quick and prompt that's very hard to find in the Bahamas. Clear view of the Ocean from your room,pool, dining area and bar. Amazing beach to walk on and swim. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two small children the stairs were a bit difficult (but we knew they were going to be there so no surprises), but otherwise we enjoyed all the extras - games, beach toys, smart TV (firestick), plenty of toiletries, etc. "

"We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal! 5 minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island! Check in was very simple, we got there a bit early and Elaine was there to greet us. we arrived in Sunday…. GROCERY STORES CLOSE EARLY ON SUNDAYS!!!…. We didn’t have a car rented for the first day we were there so she kindly gave me a ride to the gas station to stock up on water and a few snacks to tie us over till the morning. The property was perfect! Lots of space for our group! The bedrooms were spacious with comfy mattresses and pillows, the open concept kitchen/dining/ living room was massive! The kitchen was VERY WELL STOCKED! We did bring some spices from home ( salt pepper and a few other seasonings) which I’m glad we did. We also brought toilet paper from home, and snacks for the kids. Groceries are quite expensive on the island so this planning ahead definitely helped. But the pool was the absolute best. To have the option of swimming in the ocean or swimming in the pool was great. They had lots of pool floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for use. It was very windy the entire week we were there so unfortunately we didn’t get to use them, but we did get good use of the pool toys! The gazebo that was over looking the water was ur favourite morning coffee spot and provided great shade in the afternoons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend!! Thanks for the use of your house on this beautiful island!! "
