"Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time! "

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!"

"We rented 23Exuma with friends for spring break. We had the best time. The house is more beautiful than the pictures and is so well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are so comfortable and the house was so clean. Even with 12 people in the house we never felt crowded because the house is laid out with plenty of space. The pool and deck were a perfect place to hang out. The owners have thought of everything. They have everything you could need to enjoy a day on the beach from chairs to toys and snorkel stuff. The property manager, Andrew was such a great guy. He not only took care of the house but also took care of our group and helped us figure out some alternative plans when the windy weather made us change things up. His wife Kim, is an angel on earth. She made our trip so special from pre shopping for us to cooking delicious dinners multiple nights. Each meal was made with love and was delicious. We will definitely be back! "

"Valerie is absolutely the best host!!! What an amazing place to stay! My wife and I stayed at one of her cottages for a week and couldn't have been happier we picked this place. The location was perfect: half way between George Town for shopping/eating and the best remote beaches on Little Exuma, and easy kayak access to the Lazy River. The cottage itself was quaint and simple yet had everything we needed. The screened porch was our daily morning coffee spot with a peaceful million dollar view overlooking Moriah Harbor Cay National Park. One of the property highlights was the solar-heated in-ground pool. After a day of salty beaching, the pool was very refreshing. But the #1 most memorable thing about staying here was Valerie. We planned to arrive on a Sunday evening and Valerie let us know that the stores would be closed. She offered to pickup groceries for us ahead of time. We had fresh fruits, some breakfast items, wine, and beer waiting for us at the cottage upon our arrival. Throughout the week, Valerie periodically checked on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. She lent us a few sundry items, gave us great advice on places to visit (she's been a local since the 60's), and engaged in pleasant conversations. Sure you could pay more for a swankier vacation rental but you wouldn't get this level of charm and hospitality. My wife and I both felt like we were visiting our favorite aunt in paradise and can't wait to come back again!!"

"We rented both villas for a total of 18 people. The villas are well equipped and have most of what you’ll need. Communication with the property manager was easy and any concerns always answered quickly. Location is somewhat remote but still close enough to Georgetown. Blu resturant is one of the best on the island and 5-10 mins away. Tropic of Cancer.and Santanas bar is 20-30 mins. The water behind the house was always calm. We rented jet skis 2 days and it was amazing. Plenty to do at the house. Will need to rent a car. 10/10 rating "

"Easy check in process. Richard and Shauna provided great communication and were very helpful. Location, Location, location….best there is. Right at ToC beach with a great view. Air conditioning was ice cold and well equipped house. Bottled water is already in the house. Haven’t seen anyone mention this..we called it the “Shake Shack” is about 40 yards away. Little stand that has burgers, conch fritters, beer, fruity drinks, etc. Made it perfect for our two stay at home beach days. The upper deck of Osprey is awesome, especially on windy beach days. Could still enjoy the view and read my book. Good dining choices close by about 2-3 miles east of Osprey house, including a great little homemade pastry shop. Great comfortable beach chairs and two perception kayaks (top quality) with life vests. Kayak out to the two Cays offshore for great exploration…beach, wildlife, cool cuts and caves. Recommend at a minimum, an awd car. We got a Subaru Outback. Queens Hwy is OK, but gets progressively worse as you go South. The road in off QH requires a higher clearance vehicle.
