"We just returned last night from our stay and could not wait to submit our review and rave about Exuma, the property and the concierge, Charlene.I have been to several islands in the Bahamas and Exuma is now my favorite. The water, friendly people and number of activities available are awesome and Lattitude Adjustment is in the perfect central location on the island. The pictures of the listing are beautiful but honestly do not do it full justice. Fly fishing for bonefish, Done! Drexel Rolle and Stevie Ferguson are great guides. So many activities abound for family members who do not fish I can’t list them all. The ability to work with a concierge at the property was very helpful. We cannot say enough about Charlene the concierge!Beginning with her help with pre arrival groceries, rental car, and activity reservations she was there for everything we needed. Her communication was excellent and during our stay she would always respond promptly when we reached out. She was a big part of why our stay was so seamless. Thank you Charlene!!Without question, CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!"

"Our trip was a surprise 40th birthday getaway for my wife, and this home exceeded all her expectations. The location and breathtaking views were simply unbeatable. Every recommendation for the home was outstanding. I highly recommend booking a night with Chef Khristont—you won't be disappointed! Everyone had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. "This was our first trip to Exuma that we went with the VBRO path, so we were a little anxious but this house is everything described and more. Location: It is very close to the airport which worked out perfectly for our trip and added no extra noise at all. We had friends and adult kids arriving and leaving at different times so this was great so we didn’t spend our days crossing the island to the airport. It is also very easy to get into town for groceries and equal distance from either marina that was a starting point for excursions. Amenities: The owners truly thought of everything you would need to make your vacation complete! Very clean and so many little details. The pool-walking out to the beach, it was everything we wanted from our stay! Communication: Lynda the local house manager was great and very responsive. The owners even checked in and sent over a special surprise to help us celebrate the trip! We would absolutely rent this home again and our friends who came would consider bringing their own families here in the future. The perfect reviews of this home are spot on. Thank you again! "
