"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!"

"We rented 23Exuma with friends for spring break. We had the best time. The house is more beautiful than the pictures and is so well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are so comfortable and the house was so clean. Even with 12 people in the house we never felt crowded because the house is laid out with plenty of space. The pool and deck were a perfect place to hang out. The owners have thought of everything. They have everything you could need to enjoy a day on the beach from chairs to toys and snorkel stuff. The property manager, Andrew was such a great guy. He not only took care of the house but also took care of our group and helped us figure out some alternative plans when the windy weather made us change things up. His wife Kim, is an angel on earth. She made our trip so special from pre shopping for us to cooking delicious dinners multiple nights. Each meal was made with love and was delicious. We will definitely be back! "

"Easy check in process. Richard and Shauna provided great communication and were very helpful. Location, Location, location….best there is. Right at ToC beach with a great view. Air conditioning was ice cold and well equipped house. Bottled water is already in the house. Haven’t seen anyone mention this..we called it the “Shake Shack” is about 40 yards away. Little stand that has burgers, conch fritters, beer, fruity drinks, etc. Made it perfect for our two stay at home beach days. The upper deck of Osprey is awesome, especially on windy beach days. Could still enjoy the view and read my book. Good dining choices close by about 2-3 miles east of Osprey house, including a great little homemade pastry shop. Great comfortable beach chairs and two perception kayaks (top quality) with life vests. Kayak out to the two Cays offshore for great exploration…beach, wildlife, cool cuts and caves. Recommend at a minimum, an awd car. We got a Subaru Outback. Queens Hwy is OK, but gets progressively worse as you go South. The road in off QH requires a higher clearance vehicle. "Conch House was amazing - we loved how quiet it was and the hosts were simply delightful. One of our favorite things was the fact that the water conditions were generally opposite of the major beaches, meaning you could always find calm water, no matter what the wind was doing."

"This is an incredible house and we had an amazing stay. The listing and pictures were all accurate and the house did not disappoint at all. If you have never been to Exhuma, it is hard to describe the setting other than you are remote, but once you get there you will be in paradise and in good hands with your host and house concierge, Judy. Like driving on the left side of the road, you will quickly acclimate to the new experience and it will be well worth the drive! And speaking of driving, don’t forget to read the guide and drove past the house a little further to a couple of restaurants that are hidden gems on that side of the island and five minutes from the house. And don’t worry if you can’t unplug, Internet worked perfectly. But do unplug because you don’t want to waste this beautiful setting!"
