"Lobby and check-in was under renovation. One elevator (the only one down to the breakfast area) was not working. Room was beautiful but so chilly, I could not sit and read. Room was colder than the hallways and the elevators. I turned the heat to the max (23 C or 73 F) but it never rose to that temperature. There was no way to make it warmer.
